The field side of WeCare. A carer signs in, sees today, their own visits, and only the clients they are assigned. They can write what happened on a visit. The public site is how families find care. This is how the team does the day.
Visit the live presenceHome care fails if a carer does not know who they see today, or has to ring the desk for the plan. The work is in the home. The record has to travel with the person who goes.
The Caregivers App is that record. Today. My visits. The people assigned to you. The care plan. A visit you can document. Managers see more: the full visit list, new visits, assigning, review. Carers see what is theirs.
wecare.ee is the front door for families. app.wecare.ee is the door for the team. Convenience is knowing the day before you knock.
